Discovering real Thai cuisine is a true delight. We very much enjoyed finding the best Thai restaurants available in each location and promise you a culinary experience to remember no matter which tour you choose.

Breakfast - Hotel buffet style breakfasts are available on some days of the road bike tours, although sometimes our accommodation does not have this option. Due to the more remote locations on the Enduro tours, buffet breakfasts are not normally available but the quality is still good (eggs, bacon, toast, fruit, pancakes, etc). That having been said, don’t expect a world class fry-up or continental extravaganza as the remote locations we visit generally don’t have the ability or the ingredients to pull that off yet (Chiang Mai and Pai being the exceptions to this rule). Lunch – During the days ride we will eat in well chosen, good quality local restaurants or more commonly on the Enduro tours (due to remote locations), in packed lunch form (sandwiches or fried chicken and rice etc).

Dinner - Each day, we will organise a range of complimentary dishes, taking into account any dietary requirements and personal preferences and share the food together as a group Thai style. We find eating this way to be a great bonding experience which always brings the group closer together. That having been said, it’s quite ok to order individual dishes to your liking if you prefer. The Thai people like their food super-spicy. Whatever your preference, mild, blow your head off or somewhere in-between, it’s up to you. The restaurants we will take you to understand that the average westerner’s palette is usually unable to take the atomic chilli levels enjoyed by the locals and can adapt any dish accordingly. There will also be the option for quality western food several times on each trip.

Our years of experience touring Northern Thailand and continual research are very much reflected in the range of high quality accommodation that we have selected for you on each tour. The first and last night of both our enduro and road tours we spend in Chiang Mai in a 4 star quality establishment with all the expected amenities. Enduro Tours - The rest of each enduro tour will be spent staying in the best locally run guest houses and resorts that reflect the character, hospitality and architectural beauty of the area. Expect luxurious Northern style bungalows in some beautiful locations. Road Bike Tours – Our accommodation on each tour is divided between quality western standard hotels (3 and 4 star when available) and the best locally run guest houses and resorts as described above.

The cost of each night’s accommodation is included in the tour price on a double occupancy basis. If you would prefer a single room then we charge a single room supplement of ₤15 per night.
